★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They quoted me 40mins originally but after 1.5hrs we have called them again to no avail. Called many times but no answer. Again 2.5hrs later we called back just to have the guy lie to me on the phone then use profanities at me. Use Mundies instead very friendly service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off the car a day later without informing me. Had the service guy wait for him the previous day beyond closing time. Zero communication. Charged $230 for moving the car 8 kilometers in a non emergrncy situation. If you need towing and are not desperate - look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to tow my car 1.5km to a mechanic. More than two hours later no tow truck. Called them multiple times and they finally pickup and respond in the rudest way just to say that they already towed the car to the shop even though I’m still sitting here in the same spot. Terrible service and customer service. Would never call them for any type of service again. Use Mundies instead. They’re 100x better in every way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this place at all. We waited 2 hours for the tow truck and the guy never even showed up.
We called him at 3:08pm to get our car towed. We gave the guy our location, the make and model of our car, as well as a phone number to contact us. The guy said it would take 40 minutes to arrive and that he was sending one of his guys our way. He said his guy would call when he was 5 minutes away from us, but we never received that call. After an hour had passed, we just wanted to cancel the service and call a different company. We made multiple attempts to call him back, but we were constantly sent to voicemail. It was at 5:07pm that we were finally able to get in contact with the guy. We told him we had been waiting for the last 2 hours for his tow truck when he originally said it was a 40 minute wait. He proceeded to claim he did pick up that specific brand of car. We told him whichever car he picked up was not the correct one as we were literally sitting in said car in the exact same spot we were in 2 hours ago. We were going back and forth on the phone and he starting shouting profanities at us saying we were wrong. He then told us to call somebody else and hung up.
He never even attempted to rectify the situation.
