The staff are knowledgable and so nice. This location is more than a dispensary. I will continue returning for their prices and service.

They never hesitate to help me make the best decisions for purchase and inform me on what each product will do/their experience with it. It makes me feel safe, at ease, and comfortable. I know I can fully trust them. The first time I ever went in, it was my first time actually purchasing anything for myself, I had no idea what I wanted. I mentioned my anxiety, how I want to just relax and feel good and they immediately knew what the right fit was for me! If you are ever wondering where to go or want to try somewhere new...this is the place!!!

The Aussie has great stories, and the rest of the staff are fun to chat with and are always happy to answer any questions you have. Always end up staying an extra ten minutes just to chat and love the products! Great prices and their CBD gummies have made it possible for me to drop the excessive amount of opiates I was scripted for my chronic pain all together. Love it, love this place, and love the staff! Big fan, and we return every two weeks or so. ^_^ AND if you go through as many pre-rolls as we do, we actually bring back our pre-roll tubes so that they can recycle and re-use them! So not only are they green, but they're green! Ba-dum-tsst!

Aside from the Amazing staff and their Informative knowledge, They take pride in the product that they sell. I can’t honestly say, I have never left disappointed. I have referred many family and friends to this establishment with 100% Faith that they would show up as always O: ) My mom was diagnose Almost 6 years ago with Stage 4 Lung Cancer and has been thriving through the obvious struggles. The Staff at Totum Pole approached my mom with such Genuine Compassion & friendship. They are always willing to suggest the best things for her and as I said.
