★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried to get a lottery ticket checked and he refused to check it for me as a person with a disablty. I told him I never heard of the policy that store re owners are not allowed to check the ticket for you. He demanded I check the ticket myself and I told him I was taking my business somewhere else. I will be emailing OLG to complain about this store.
