C	Carrie Krastins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peterborough location! Terrible customer service! I had TWO cartridges leak. I ended up ingesting some. I tried to return them and I was told they don’t do returns and I need to personally contact Pure Sunfarms myself. When I asked why all the other dispensary’s in town do the returns and his answer was “I don’t know, that’s what I was told”. I had photos, receipt and the cartridges with me. I then asked if they were storing the oils standing up because when they are laid down they leak, his reply “I can’t make sure every product is standing up right”. He also told me this product was returned by others as well, which tells me they are being stored incorrectly. I am so unimpressed. I then went into another dispensary to make a purchase, told them what happened and I was told that was not ok, especially because I ingested some. Apparently, this is not the way this should have been handled. Needless to say, steer clear of this place and hit up a different dispensary that will honour all of your purchase and returns.

Was refused the opportunity to return them because it goes against their policy (even with a receipt and enclosed in the original packing). Even the manager was unresponsive upon reaching out. Save your money, this business is run by scam artists.

However the store is beautiful and overall the staff are very friendly and you feel welcomed when your there and everyone has a sense of humor and are kind and that's really the bottom line. Warm welcoming and kind ?

It was packed may 27 2021 so almost an entire year ago. It was so dry and crumbling just from handling it. I will not be returning if this is what I'm given.
