M	Mr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lady is magnificent. The way she handles each and every dog or cat as her own is awesome. Drop your dog off and a hr later come and get your puppy back all clean and wonderful. She knows exactly what she is doing. From big dog to small dog with anxiety issues. She is great. She is always busy. I have been coming to her now for 2 yrs and never been disappointed. Keep it local and in the community. The knowledge of animals cause she is a vet assistant is wonderful as well. Lots of knowledge of any issues.

Emmanuelle always gets me in within a week of messaging or calling her and works around my busy work schedule. With my male cat, I always bring him in for a lion cut, nail trim and a bath- her price is always amazing compared to other groomers and she lets me help her as my cat is always so much more comfortable with me there! Without getting in her way, I can keep my cat comfortable and happy while she does her job. She is always very professional and treats my cat like her own, I would 100% bring my dog in the future when I get one for her services. Google maps brings you right to her house where she works out of her garage, it is nicely set up to accommodate your furry friends! I would 100% recommend her to anyone!

If you’re going to offer your clients and potential clients the option to text you, you should at least answer. I’ve tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she’s just busy and fully booked but just flat out not answering is so unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have two cats and a dog and she is missing out on a lot of business.

There was a car parked in the front the balcony door was open and her dogs were barking. I assumed she was just ignoring me on purpose at this point. VERY UNRELIABLE Waste of my time driving there waiting there and driving back… very disappointed. I was very excited to bring my pet for grooming because I ignored all the one star reviews , which I shouldn’t have done. Do not go here.

I can not hold that against her, however, being canceled twenty minutes before our appointment when already being on the road is unacceptable. Time management and respect for your clients is very important.

This was to be my dogs first appointment and Janelle just sent text that she has an emergency and won't be available for today. It's seems as though she shouldn't running a business right now if she continuously cancels her appointments. I would give a zero if I could
L	Lindsey Fiebig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog is VERY challenging for nail trims, because he is part husky, and likes to be in charge. We decided to give Total Care Pet Grooming a try. I booked online, and had zero issues with communication around the appointment. The owner saw him, and clipped his nail quickly, and like it was no big deal....he didn't even give his husky performance. This shows me she is confident with difficult dogs which not all groomers are. We will be back!! I was very happy.
