He’s not usually a huge fan of the tub and has often left groomers terrified with bloodshot eyes but he was so happy and fearless when I picked him up!! Like he just made his new best friend :) And of course she did a great job removing so much of his thick winter coat, and who knew he could smell so good again... Haha We definitely will be bringing him back!! Thank you Kelly!

Besides the stunning decor and atmosphere Kelly really went above and beyond for my dog Merlin. He suffers from anxiety and well as has pretty bad allergies. Kelly showed such care and compassion towards him. She really went the extra mile to make sure Merlin was comfortable in his surroundings and treated him with the upmost care. She allowed me to bring in my own allergy shampoo for him and paid special attention to his coat and skin. I honesty could not have asked for a better experience. Merlin will definitely be back!! Thank you for everything Kelly!

Kelly is amazing, she knows exactly what my dogs need and keeps them looking sharp. My youngest dog is not the best with others but Kelly keeps him calm. Super trendy space also, it’s a salon for dogs.

We were on the hunt for a new dog groomer for our little guy and Kelly has now taken that role. She was super sweet and quick to reply to my messages when I initially reached out to her to book an appointment. The salon is beautiful and professional looking. She spent some time getting to know us when we first arrived. She made it clear that she was going to prioritize the comfort and security of our little guy. She told us that the initial appointment might take a bit longer but she wanted to spend time with him so he would be comfortable around her. She didn't want to push him or traumatize him if he was uneasy. As a dog mom, I was so happy to hear this. When we came back to pick our little guy up, he was groomed very well and looked so handsome. I am so happy we found a great local business to support. We will be going to Kelly exclusively. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a groomer!

Sent both forms of communication 2 weeks ago and not a response on either forms of communication. Was really looking forward to booking in but doesn't look great when the business can't respond.

He exhibits anxiety toward grooming caused by his past experiences, and Kelly has been working hard to make his visits positive. She has broken down his first grooms into manageable pieces for him, and is rewarding him with cuddles and play breaks. Kelly is an absolute gem, and her parlour is first class. So thrilled to have found her. Looking forward to lifelong Doggy Parlour visits.
