★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attempted to utilize therapy to help strengthen relationship and resolve specific issues. Going through the sessions, was optimistic that this program would get better. It only got worse. Here are the specific issues:
- Had a few sessions complete with minimal activities set as “homework” and for learning goals.
-asked for money upfront and wouldn’t begin sessions until it was physically seen
-sessions were timed by the second
-no follow up or program overview
My recommendation: if you are seeking professional services to make your relationship work and prevent ongoing issues, I highly do not recommend the services provided. Counselling services are potentially a last resort that can either save or break a marriage and these services must act professional and by best practice. This office definitely did not meet those expectations. Hard earned money and time was lost.
