★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When NO-ONE ELSE would or could come thru in a pinch hit situation (4:30pm in evening needed Board material for a 7am next morning meeting .... delivered downtown Toronto)... Shanna and team CAME THRU!!! Truly ... NOONE wanted to come downtown in rush hour traffic and some were closing by 5pm telling me to call elsewhere. I called 4 courier locations in Toronto before finding Shanna who said “YES”! Their rate and service AND “get it done” attitude saved our Board Meeting. THANKS AGAIN!!! For all you did :-)
(Back story ...Abnormal situation happened & our package was held at customs for 2 days .... I got word from our Fedex account rep at 4:29 that they had FINALLY released our package ... which we had been working on ALL DAY to get released ... so to my JOY it was released then to my DISMAY I now needed to find a courier to get it to me for next morning 7am!) PHEW!!!! THANK YOU TEAM!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service! I called two days ago to get a verbal quote for a package I needed picked up today (Friday) was quoted $85. When I called back today to schedule the pickup she then told me it would be $160. She said she would never quote $85 for a pickup outside of the GTA. Kept denying she quoted me and argued with me about it. She did in fact quote me $85. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Absolutely would not deal with them ever! Went with A&B courier service, who actually has good customer service.
