But to my surprise NOW the same chicken wings cost over $30.00 dollars and on top of that they wanted to charge me extra for having the nerve of using my debit card . So not only I'm now paying more for the food but I also have to pay your debit fee ? Go rob someone else !!
C	Crystal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The majority of the area are high rise buildings. If you want delivery, they will not deliver to your door but they offer no contact delivery which is false advertising. They will say they delivered your food but they don’t.

H	HrZz8 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Pizza Hut location. I will never order Pizza Hut again because of their terrible service. They delivered the pizza 35 minutes late, the pizza was soggy and cold. We asked the driver to take it back and he refused. We threw the pizza out. I called to get a refund and no one answers. Head office finally put me in touch with the store after hours of trying and the store manager wouldn't refund the order. Pure rubbish never order from Pizza Hut again.

We dont order delivery often as I know you oay for deliver plus the tip. Today, my niece ordered as they came for a visit. She was kind enough to order for the family. Placed the order and waited. She got a notification that the pizza has arrived and she rushed upstairs to check. Pizza was not there and they waited 30 more minutes. When the pizza arrived, it was not hot anymore, the pizza dipping sauce one was partially open. I called the pizza hut and they transferred me to another agent, another agent transferred me to the pizza placed who made the order. I have spoken to a gentleman who acknowledged my call. He was nice enough to offer to either send a new pizza or to have a store credit. Because it was not my money and my niece’s I find that it was just best that they get 50% back at least not a loss for the store as well. It was really disappointing because they have been really good in the past. This is in hopes to have a better understanding that we all value customer service and good quality food. Wishing them all the best. We did get the 50% bac.

My last 2 orders were just being made half hour after I put the orders in for pick up which wasn't ready until 45 mins after my pickup time. Not only that, my last order was wrong. I ordered thin crust but they made pan and the cheese was undercooked.

I wish they’d pickup their phone more often incase of order or information changes. Nonetheless, I give them the stars based on the food quality! In person, the employees are very friendly.
