★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could have given zero or negative stars.... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE... STUPID AND BRAINLESS PEOPLE WORK THERE.... I Placed an order for a chemical and I own the pharmacy so we needed for the patient's medication. After 3 days of placing order online no one called us back and so I called them back to check status of order. They asked for order and asked me to hold for 1 minute. After that the guy said SORRY WE CAN NOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER AS WE DO NOT SUPPLY TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS. I said I am owner of The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy 377 and the pharmacy license number is 3043 and we are registered compounding and repackaging pharmacy. He replied " we checked on Google map and it shows the residence on so and that's why we can't." I said can you Alberta College of Pharmacy and check the address and pharmacy registration?" the guy said sorry and hung up......SO POOR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company did not deliver the compound I ordered. They sent a wrong compound which is regulated and which I am not allowed to have in my possession. The customer service is unresponsive and VERY rude! Avoid them at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold me a chemical reagent that does not work at all. I tried to call them to ask for a replacement.
After hearing what my problem was, they started to pretend that "the technical staff was in a meeting" or "the technical staff had left home", things like this. It took days until I could finally speak to the technical staff.
When I finally reached them, they were not interested to know the lot number of my faulty product. Instead, they just told me that "they would send no replacement or refund", and promised to "check the chemical data of the product" and call me within a few days. They never did.
I have never had such a bad experience before. Avoid this company at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is impossible to get in contact with and did not ship items correctly. For over a month after I ordered an item, I was unable to get in contact with them via phone or email. After many emails, I was provided with a tracking number which showed that the item had been shipped to my university a month prior, but had only included the generic university address with not information specifying which specific building or lab the item was supposed to be delivered to. The shipping dock was forced to return the item to sender because I work at an institution with hundreds of labs and it would be impossible to identify where the item should go. I lost a month and a half waiting for this shipment, and then ended up spending slightly more to order from Sigma and received the item within a a few days. Order from another company if at all possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to place an order for work and I couldn't get hold of anyone on the phone. I tried all the options on the numeric keypad and I was only able to leave a voicemail. I also contacted them by email. None were returned. Not sure how they do their business. It's very frustrating when you have an urgent order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a standard in January, they sent me an invoice in June dated due 3 days before they even sent it. No shipping notice. The email was addressed to 'Dear sirs' when my email address is Sarah, also its 2022 you should not be assuming the gender of your email recipients. Tried to call the pay the invoice and they hung on us twice and then transferred us to a voicemail.
We will be removing them from our approved vendors list .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen.
They reply to your quote requests properly and in time, but if you ask them to do more than shipping stock products, such as ask technical questions or ask for steady supplies, updates on certain orders and the like, the quality of their customer service will suddenly get awfully bad.
There are a few contact persons who always reply to your email, but they basically do not know anything about the production. And their production team will never respond to your technical questions. However important or urgent the order is for you, they seem to not care about it at all.
There are a few products we have ordered a long time ago that still haven't been delivered. We have tried to contact them to receive any update. But there is no update on the synthesis, no information, and worst of all they started to ignore my email. All they are doing is just keep on extending the lead time with no other details, as if they are just waiting for us to cancel the order entirely.
It is impossible to reach to them and have a proper communication. They are the worst.
