These have been surprisingly effective and engaging classes that are taught by Sensei Michael, who offers individualized attention and feedback to every child. Would highly recommend.

With the pandemic, the project was on hold but then we came accross a facebook page advertising zoom classes and we jumped to the occasion. Sensei Michael has been amazing. He is very goal oriented and has been great with my son. The classes are fun and dynamic. We really enjoy them. I have seen impressive changes in my son's behavior. He has a new sense of pride and accomplishment that make me very happy. I love how his sensei encourages him to never give up and aim for higher and better. He is also kind and understanding when my boy struggles. I am very happy to have found this class!

He had learned a lot and come so far in a short period of time. We love that the program not only focuses on mixed martial arts but encourages the children to better themselves in all areas of their lives. They have weekly physical, attitude, and goal driven challenges. It’s a fun and creative way for them grow into a well rounded child. Sensei is great and he encourages the children to excel while keeping it real. Would recommend to anyone with children!

Sensei has them working on goals, and attitude along with learning all the "moves". Our son has become stronger, more focused, sets goals on his own, and loves telling his friends and family about perseverance. I also love that hour of him and I time, learning somthing new together.

The instructor has the kids best interest in mind during class and has doctored them to what is needed that day. Whether it be more time on a move or more down time at the end. My son is learning at a pace that works for both him, and my schedule. Definitely will be continuing with these classes.

Sensei is motivating, humorous and genuinely cares about the children’s progress. My son is getting stronger and learning discipline while I appreciate our one-on-one time and mini personal workouts.

The sensei is fun, a great communicator, and teaches the children about perseverance. The skills she's learning here are important and my husband and I feel fortunate that we found this place. My husband typically take the classes with her but I stepped in today and was surprised how strong her holds are, I honestly couldn't get out of some of them. If she's this powerful at 4 years old, and after just a few months taking lessons, I can't wait to see what a force she is in the years to come.

I can say the same about myself, as the online classes are for child and parent together. The rate is also very reasonable. The sensei has been very supportive of my daughter, and takes an interest in all of the kids. He can communicate well with them and has a unique sense of humour that they appreciate. He not only teaches them Karate (and some judo), but he also encourages them to set and work towards goals. I recommend the class for kids who want to build confidence and character, as well as for parents who are looking to get some exercise a couple of times a week!
