I was referred to come here to see Dr. Ostreicher, but when they called me back, they said it was now Dr. Maleki working at the office and the other doctor was retired. I still went ahead trusting in the clinic. 1. We discussed my concerns during consultations, but there were no markings done to review with me on the day of surgery and to make sure we were align on the same things. No pictures taken either on markings so I didn't get to see what was going to be done, the double eyelid space, crease shape, etc. 2. As I am healing, I notice that they don't look the same. I keep mentioning it and going to more follow ups to see if it changes. At the 6 months mark, nothing changes anymore. Dr. Maleki accepted in doing a revision, even wrote it in email to the secretary to book a revision surgery for me. 3. I had this revision surgery booked for months, requested time off, arranged for someone to pick me up, to find out 4 days prior that he will not do the revision surgery because it is "minor". I showed him several pictures of how they don't look the same, several friends also notice it too, but he says that revision will make it worse. Now I am left with making a consultation with someone else and see if they can fix it or possibly having two eyelids that look different... and this is in your face, so it is so upsetting. 4. Every follow up appointment takes over an hour of wait for 15 - 20 min consultation.

Secondly, he is very patient and takes time for a thorough consultation and listens to your concerns without rushing you. His team and staff are all very supportive and skilled as well. The before and after pictures he posts are astounding. He actively listens to his patients and doesn’t rush them in and out of the office. He has been helping me with complications I’ve been experiencing from another clinic and I’m relieved to have found him. Can’t recommend this place enough.
