Be aware that you may be stuck in the waiting room even after Google says the office is closed. Ensure that you cancel everything you had planned for the day because even when other people arrive after you, you'll still be the second last person in the waiting room. At the very least, in my case, when I did receive attention, it was thorough.

They were able to diagnose why I had double vision and complete a very successful surgery to tighten my eye muscle and ensure that I can see properly. I am so grateful for their friendly bedside manner and their accomplished skills. From start to finish, my experience with TESS has been the best of the best ❤️

I have a rare eye condition that is a mystery but he has zero desire to figure out why but I was told I could go blind in 4-5 years. The good news about him being so cold and not caring, is in my search beyond this place I found an exceptional doctor who is figuring these mysteries out with me.

The automated text that they sent me confirmed the same. However, my experience was pleasantly different. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. An assistant performed an initial assessment, and Dr. Robert Adam promptly saw me. I was in and out in total for less than an hour. Traffic and parking can be a challenge because of the Eglinton Subway construction, so give yourself enough time. There are two outdoor and one indoor city parking lots 2-3 short blocks west of the clinic. They were full, but I found free street parking parallel to the south of Eglinton off of Bathurst in Rosemary Lane.

Front office staff is very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with! DO NOT go to this clinic. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had. Avoid going here if you can. I'd give negative stars if possible. How difficult is it to have an efficient system with respect for patients time wasted waiting for a doctor. No point in making an appointment here, look elswhere....anywhere else. wasting peoples time waiting for a doctor for hours, even seniors...
J	Jan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No long wait Dr. Adam saw me right away, assessed mg issues and was able to perform the in office surgery. Dr. Adam was very open honest and efficient. He explained the entire procedure and the expected results and outcomes including what might not be resolved. My issues were resolved. Dr Adam also performed an additional extra procedure during my visit. I found the experience fast efficient and results beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Adam.

The level of care, thorough testing, and explanations I was provided about my condition was phenomenal. Dr. Margolin is the most brilliant specialist in his field. He took the time to investigate about my pathology, that a lot of physicians I have seen previously could not explain, nor comprehend. I am very grateful to be one of his patients.

My mother needed to be seen due to an eye concern and she was able to be seen same day. The receptionist was so nice and amazing as well! The assistant was thorough, kind, considerate and patient.
