S	Sahil Sahil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I completed an year with Top car wash. They did a great job always before. I have never had issues and complaints about there service. But after reopening now, employees there not paying enough attention to clean. They looks afraid to touching the vehicles. We have 4 vehicles registered under tops car wash on the tops interior monthly plan of our business. Currently getting complaints from all of our vehicles. I attached some pictures taken just after the cleaning. Hoping they will fix this issue soon and become our favorite car wash as they was before. I apologize if this review hurts anyone. Absolutely terrible!! my husband took the "in and out plus" package for $44.99 plus tax and literally i can go to a car wash and pay 20$ for the ultimate car wash as the inside of my truck is not any cleaner than what i brought it in! The inside wasn't cleaned and my husband asked if they could clean the running boards and they said they would try??? they didn't clean them! spoke to the manager and told him he wasn't happy and they couldn't care less! they said it woudl have been $85 ! we always go to Speedy and they do an amazing job but we were in the area so though we would try ! don't even bother wasting your $50 bucks!
c	cindy munoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I was waiting for my car to be ready , I had the chance to experience the process of my car being taking care , and I had to say was amazing the detail witch each individual clean the car with , everyone doing his best with the same pation as the car before , I must say was one girl and and old gentleman, as well an another guy this is on the picture that work really well , the rest was very good too , but those three went the extra mile, thank you to all the team that make my car look like brand new , was not expensive and was so worth it , can’t explain how happy I was , seeing the team giving love and care to my car .

Staff have been really good, price could be less expensive considering the quality of the work. A sheltered place to wait outside would be a bonus!

I am surprised how this is even possible. The exterior wash is very good. The interior not so much. In fact, I could not tell if it was washed.

Got my car back after paying upwards of 330$ for detailing service and can not believe how terrible of a job they did. I think I would have received the same level of cleaning ir maybe better if I just paid for the 40$ in and out clean, because this was truly terrible. The business is closing at the end of the year and it is obvious they don’t seem to care about quality control anymore at all. Go somewhere else and save yourself a serious disappointment.
A	Amir ElMasry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get that I did not ask for the car to be detailed, but there has to be a bare minimum standard for the in and out with "wheel n shine" wash that needs to be set!! I think it is acceptable for your clients to expect no visible dirt on the inside or outside as a standard. Don't you agree? This was my first experience at Tops, and probably my last. After driving off my first impression is that this is a low quality controlled car wash that delivers sloppy results at a luxury price ($46 taxes in!!) -pictures speak for themselves. I believe part of the problem at Tops is the lack of proper lighting, leaving the employees guessing if what they are cleaning is actually cleaned to an acceptable standard. That, or it's pure carelessness in order to meet the demand of the volume of cars going through. Needless to say, the standard should not change, whether you have two customers on the line, or 50 waiting to go through. Otherwise, it's better sticking to the low budget, simple garage style car washes. It saddens me to say that we live in times where low quality at high prices is prevalent in our society.

Considering how quick they do it, it's pretty acceptable to have a few spots that aren't necessarily sparkling clean. It'd be great if they wiped off the inside of the doors as well. All and all very quick service and great for the value.
