Management often confused and unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Healthy work environment. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and certified unlike other locations I have worked at. There is an atmosphere of teamwork and a support network for staff and residents. Memory care and assisted floors are sufficiently staffed and resident safety and well being is top priority and no fall risks are left unattended or unsupervised.
