★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and unsafe. I used their services 14 month to install 4 large mirrors on the ceiling of our dinning area. Yesterday, dec 28 , 2021 , one of the mirror broke in half and the half fell on the floor and smashed into pieces. I called Ahmad (aka Alex) the owner, who questioned me how did this happen. I replied, i don't know, no one goes on the ceiling to play with the mirror, it was clearly an installation defect. He came to see what happened. I requested that he removed all the other mirrors and the remaining broken half. He refused, left and blocked my number. The dining table, chair, and floor got damaged. Luckily no one was there, otherwise someone could have died or gotten severely injured. I told him this is extremely unprofessional, he replied thank God no one got hurt and that s all he has to say. He says the damages are not his fault and refused to assume any responsibility. I now have to request legal help. I m also extremely worried about anyone who seeked his services and might have an injury. I called authorities, they said they can't do much, I just have to file a legal complaint, but they cannot go help others who might be in danger
