The managers have changed since the last couple of months, and i like the new one’s way better!! They’ll make sure you leave there satisfied. Even if they don't have the part, they try their best to find it and bring it for you! I wish other auto part shops were like them!

I asked the sales man if the transmission was good he said yes. But it turned out to garbage. Lost $650. Do not trust their words or warranty.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR $$ HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO PROVIDE RECEIPTS UNLESS YOU PAY TAX (VERY SUSPICIOUS) I have bought a transmission from them for my nissan altima 2005 SE , they refered me to their friend "ZABI" for the used transmission. The transmission did not work ! I had to hound/constantly call TOP JAPANESE AUTO AND ZABI for a replacement because they sold me broken transmission. Zabi offered to replace it with another one which took over 2 months . The second transmission does not work AGAIN!! Now Zabi does not want to replace the 2nd transmission he sold me or give me my $$ back. I paid for labour twice for something that does not work !!! They are theives. Do not trust them . So I got 2 broken transmissions and labour cost twice , avoid this company . BEST PARTS AUTO IS AMAZING VERY PROFESSIONAL RECEIPTS WITH EVERY PURCHASE FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE NO ISSUES , if you need used parts go there not these SHADY Crooked men,trying to make easy fast money if I could seek legal action I will be they should not get away with this please read all the bad reviews they have. I am not the only person robbed by them

I went to replace the brake pads and rotors, I was called by them in the middle of the work. When the brake caliper was bad and needed to be replaced, the mechanic and parts shop guy made a fuss and put pressure on me. When asked about the price, it says $ 100. I had to go back to work, so I went home in the middle of the work. When I brought the car to another repair shop, the brake calipers did not need to be replaced. I was about to be deceived by an extra $ 100. Be careful, everyone, they are scammers and rip you off.
