I sent in an email since I had a few questions about the part prior to ordering and was pleasantly surprised to see Tom get back to me the same day... I contacted ECS & NGP but I didn't have luck getting a hold of someone. The specific water pump I had to order requires 2 additional bolts for about $ 2 CAD, while it is annoying they dont just add it on to their water pumps from the get go, they do their due diligence to make sure customers know to get the extra bolts. In my case, I ordered the Add-On bolt as directed but I misunderstood how many I would need. Without me asking, Tom added an extra bolt onto my order.. That's 5 Star service in my eyes. He went above and beyond for me and I'm now a loyal customer because of it Cheers Tom. They give very good discont if you buy multy items oils, oil filters, air filters, diesel filters and drain plugs. MOTUL X-clean+ 8100 for diesel cars in 5L jug selling here for $52 if you buy 4 of them. Out side euro parts stores selling $70 to $85 per 5L jug and there is no discount if you buy multiple items. Called them for the parts and it was ready in 3 hours at this location. You can save the shipping if you pass by GTA and stop here. Timing job with WP service is 850+tax for my TDI. Other Euro mechanics charges 1100+tax and stealers charges 1450 plus tax.

Shop rate is industry average, will consult with you prior to repairs and wont overcharge you for unnecessary work, know these cars very well and will address the issue very clearly. Love the fact that they'll allow you to see what the problem was after fixing it.

I always feel that other mechanics try to take advantage of girls since they assume we know nothing about cars. They always provide excellent customer service by thoroughly explaining any issues with my vehicle and take the time to answer my questions either over the phone or in person. Most importantly (to me) is that they don’t try to push extra services that aren’t necessary. I just recently purchased an Atlas Cross Sport and they helped me out by finding good wheels for winter that weren’t overpriced. This is my go-to shop and I know my VW is in good hands!
