★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my ML350 from a friend who used to take it to McNally for all regular services. He was very happy with their service and advised me to do so, which I did. While overall maintenance cost of used Mercedes vehicles is very expensive, but I could trust on McNally team to provide a quality service at reasonable cost. It is a place where you will get same professional expertise and service you may get at a dealer but at a lower cost and faster with no frills!

I was very impressed with the genuineness, honestly and value I got from Andrei and team. Will definitely be going back there for my next service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was referred to McNally through a common friend owning a MB. I got my first car pre-purchase done at McNally and since then have been getting my MB serviced with them. They are professional, honest about the assessment for repairs and very transparent in the repair cost. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really appreciate the service McNallys provides me. Their attention to detail which includes pictures and even video is unmatched in the industry. Not that they need to prove any suggested repairs, this over the top visual assurance is extra icing on the cake. They stand by their amazing work and are always very available right from the first call. Way to go Nicole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charlie, Nicole and the team at McNally are amazing. We've been using them for almost 10 years to service our German Cars (Benz and BMW's). Usually keeping a Benz/BMW outside of warranty can be an expensive proposition. The team at McNally are experts who do amazing work that's priced fairly. If you own a Benz or BMW there's no better independent mechanic in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people at McNally's are honest about what servicing really needs to be done - more so than the well-known independent Porsche repair shop I used to go to. And, they're less expensive in actually doing the work. I checked them out because I read a similar review online, and it was nice to see it confirmed. This is the first time I've used McNally, but with my Cayenne now off warranty, it won't be the last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here is always a good one. The staff is always nice and helpful and are never pushy on doing things to your car unless it really needs to be done. Compared to going to the Mercedes Benz dealership for my car, McNally auto really does give you better prices and always use genuine parts for your car. I love that you can make an appointment and they always stand by that time and they get the job done. Everything about this company to me is great and would recommend anyone to come here no matter what kind of car you have. So far so good with McNally auto. Thank you!

Nicole at the front desk is efficient and friendly. Their team of mechanics are very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain whatever they believe should be done (with photos) and why. No hard sell - just the facts. I highly recommend them.
