β β β β β This place is the best for rental cars! First of all the insurance is included in the price, unlike other companies who scam you afterwards. Yuri handled the transaction and he was very nice and professional! Since it was my first time renting a car, I had a lot of questions and concerns but he made it so simple for me. 10/10, would recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU!!

β β β β β They are pretty organized. They have no a great variety of cars β mostly Toyota Corollas and Ford Fusions. And these cars all have some scratches on a body. But they provide affordable service, and the management is informal. And insurance is included in the rate so that you will get a fair price. Recommended.

β β β β β This place is by far the WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER. They only care about themselves, they have the worst cars nothing above 2004. They do not give back there deposit after 30 days so I would think carefully about giving any deposit to these people. There very unprofessional and very rude. They took all of a deposit without even letting a customer no. Which makes no sense because I paid over 3000 for a car that is half broken. And than there still trying to take my deposit. I will never go back to these people again. Midland and Finch has a great rental place with great rates! If anyone needs a place go there way better. Donβt waste your time with these people.

Please donβt go to this place the rudest scammers ever they gave my info to the police and the person rented the car before me did something crazy with the car I tried returning it to switch it coz I got pulled over twice and the poidem knew who I was the owner of place is telling me no u drive the car no problem no problem thatβs his favourite word and the car didnβt have lights inside . The rate of the whip is 4bills u wanna go pay that amount the rude lady will pull out her calculator and ask u to pay 1200$ or give they keys back u ask how is will go blestic and might even tell u get out and no one has ever got their deposit back so I gave up on that . Scammers should never run legal business

I will be reporting you guys soon. what kind of unprofessional business are you guys running? These people give their customers broken vehicles along with dirty vehicles. you need to shut down your business. how is your business still operating? Iβm really not understanding. This place is absolute trash. Do not go here unless you want to get scammed. And the lady at the front needs to get fired. Her attitude is a no. The most unprofessional rental place you could ever go to and the most unprofessional customer service you will ever encounter. Please choose your rental place wisely and just go to enterprise or something where you will actually encounter a good customer service and good people unlike these people that work here.

β β β β β I have never once had a bad experience with a rental company or any company in general but, this rental place is the upmost unprofessional place ever. This place is a scam, they do not refund deposits they just keep them to themselves. I will be reporting this place as of right now and make sure the business gets shut down. There were several pills (medication) in the vehicle, i will be reporting that as well. The lady at the front is extremely unprofessional and has no respect. She loves to hang up in your face and does not know how to speak to you in a professional way. The cars are broken down, the vehicles cannot operate properly, they scam you and take your money, they create fake invoices and run an illegal business. I have consulted with my co-worker which is a lawyer and we have decided to get public litigation involved in this case because my colleague still has not received her deposit yet. Customer service is a common topic in every industry, which is important. The customer service here is horrible, they do not know how to treat their customers with respect, instead the woman at the front screams at you on the phone and hangs up in your face. I will be going in shortly with authorities. Ultimately, you would think that they would help you and refund your deposit but this is unacceptable and my co-worker needs her deposit back.
