He is a Russian mechanic who speaks basic english and people by nature get frustrated with what they don't understand. The thing is you don't have to understand what he is saying all you have to understand is that he will dedicate hard labour for the best value because of how much passion he has for what he does. You don't need to speak any language to understand that. Passion is universal. All the best! Wolf

Twice I've come to change my oil and not only did he give me a better price than anyone else quoted me but he checked and filled any other fluids in the car, and checked a few other problems at no charge. He never tried to upsell and tell you things are broken when they are not. Good place. Good people.

Truly believes that his reputation is the most valuable asset and gets all his business through referrals like this one. Perfect example - I dropped my car off today after getting a diagnostic at Canadian Tire where they quoted over $3K for a variety of problems they identified. Took it in to Jacob who told me what repairs the car ACTUALLY needed and quoted me less than $500 including two brand new tires that he happened to have in stock for a fraction of what they'd cost anywhere else. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a mechanic they will stick with for life.

I appreciate that he can always tell what car service is crucial and what can wait, so you can be sure that there would be no unnecessary repairs or replacements. He also has a great network of suppliers, so he can get virtually any part for your car. I recommend him to everybody who needs a mechanic.
A	Anton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car to Yasha/Jacob after an accident because of a recommendation. As a mechanic, he did an ok job at best fixing my car, left a few things unfixed. My windshield wiper fluid reservoir is cracked and he didn't not fix it, it leaked half of the liquid onto the ground, creating a hazard in the winter. The passenger fender has not been properly seated and installed, missing bolts that should be securing the component in place. He has poor professionalism, poor attitude and in general, he's a low quality person. I complained to him that my car was not properly painted, as pictured, and asked him to have his painter correct it. After the 2nd time it was still not done to match and I complained that the paint is STILL unmatched, I'm not even going to mention that my front bumper is entirely the wrong color/shade. Yasha started yelling and swearing at me when I told him my car is still not fully fixed and paint work needs to be corrected. I don't want to hear his excuses given I had valid reasons to tell him he needs to redo the paint work and fix the broken reservoir. His shop is not part of the preferred insurance network and his work can not be guaranteed for the life of the car, so if you are dealing with insurance claims you can forget this guy.
