They will be very nice to you until you make the payment. They also don’t tell you about their final sale policy until you look at invoice after making the payment. So do your research before giving them your money, after that your are stuck!!! Very risky when you spend thousand $$$
In response to your feedback I have attached my invoice which clearly states no refunds, all sales are final after that why would a customer think that there is an option for refund, you also did not offer that to us when we came back to you to let you know about the pricing at Costco. Can you image how a person feels after making a $2000 investment and then finding out that they are stuck with it for better or worse? The price at Costco is actually $2198, $200 more than your price which I would pay anytime to get peace of mind for my investment, I can take it back to them if I’m not satisfied. Also the “the gift” you forced on us was not of our choice and we made it clear to you that we have no use for it. We are not telling people not to come to your place, just alerting them to be careful before they make the purchase and feel as we did today.

The entire team worked with us to find the right solution for our home and were prompt and courteous. The sofa set was a custom order with our specifications, requirements and made in Canada. The quality and workmanship of the sofa was great.
The sofa set was delivered meticulously with extreme care and advance communication by their professional team. The end result of the delivered product was amazing with not single defect was found.
The customer service was outstanding from the initial ordering process till the delivery of our new sofa set.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for home furniture and appliances to check the Top Choice Electronics store and these folks out. I will definitely be back to buy again when the time comes!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered my sectional from Greg at Top Choice in Guelph. Greg is very patient and a pleasure to do business with - no hard sell and was eager to answer all our questions. We had stopped by on Sunday and placed an order but realized when we got home the selected sectional was going to be too big. Back to the store today to change the order - Greg and the other employees are friendly, courteous and had no problem changing the order. Would not hesitate to buy more furniture or appliances from them. By the time I left the store, I felt like family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service; competitive pricing, quality product lines, courteous and friendly atmosphere. Overall a very satisfying shopping experience. I have bought several big ticket items from Top Choice and all my purchases have been very satisfactory.
My most recent purchase was a refrigerator. The delivery crew was extremely professional in taking out the old fridge and installing the new. They had to dissemble doors and such to get the appliance in the house. They knew what they were doing; no question. Took away all the packaging and garbage. I was impressed.
Top Choice is my go to store for furniture , appliances and accessories.
The owner Hassan Tariq is very personable and helpful in guiding you through your options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought a leather chair here, that I originally saw posted on FB market place. Had the chair delivered to Whitby within a few days of purchasing it. Worked with Jake who was so helpful, professional and attentive to help set this up.
Delivery went great and we are so happy with the chair. It's exactly what I had been looking for, all leather and great condition.
Would definitely recommend, especially since they have a lot of things ready to go now.

Hassan was super helpful and accommodating to our requests. Amazing service, staff and lots of selection. Ordered this couch at 11am and it was delivered the same day at 5:00pm. Can’t beat that!
