It's more like an art store full of exquisitely designed and beautifully made colourful carpets and flooring. Various sizes and shapes of carpets are in great abundance and as they are situated in ad hoc arrangements around the store, it makes shopping for carpets fun and interesting! The owners are most professional, friendly and very helpful and the service was prompt. It was a real pleasure to shop at Top Carpet and Flooring and I love the beautiful carpets I purchased there.

The owner reassured me that I could get a full refund as long as I returned it with in one week. On Tuesday, I tried to return it and even though I had my original receipt, the owner would only provide a credit note. He claimed that I should have read the fine print on the receipt even though I wasn’t given this receipt until after I had paid in full. The owner clearly mislead me because he wanted the sale. As a business owner, I know the importance of treating my customers fairly. Clearly this owner doesn’t share this value.
