★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have brought both of my young boys to Tooth Pals and have had nothing but great experiences. I wont take them anywhere else. I am so happy with how the staff treat me and my kids. They know exactly what to do and how to make going to the dentist a fun experience for your kids. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Bell is professional, empathetic and honest. She was amazing with my daughter and was sure to take the time to explore all our options. All the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend her she truly is an expert at dealing with kids!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so grateful for the recommendation we read on the Shop Local Airdrie page! Every single person we interacted with at my 3-year-old's appointment was warm and welcoming, which goes a very long way with a shy little girl! Dr. Bell was very informative as she went through my daughter's exam, and made sure to explain what would happen moving forward. Both her and Val were full of tips and tricks for brushing and flossing, specific to my daughter's needs. She is already asking when we will go again. Which is 90% to do with the extremely fun waiting area, but being excited to go to the dentist is a win either way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing and super friendly staff. All my kids love going there and feel comfortable. My youngest had to have cavities fixed and Dr. Bell helped her feel comfortable and relaxed! Also she has noticed things about my kids teeth and other health issues that other dentists and doctors have brushed off. Thanks Tooth pals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Bell and her staff are beyond awesome! Dr. Bell is so kind and patient and really makes sure kids are comfortable. Her staff are all the same too, very kind and patient and making sure the kids are comfortable. They make it a really pleasant and good experience for the kids and take the stress off us parents too. I highly recommend Toothpals!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First couple of visits with my 3 kids under 8 as we are new to Airdrie. Overall pretty good experience with the exception of one staff member being fairly rude to my husband & son on his last visit. I understand being impatient with uncooperative 3 year olds, but was surprised this happened at an office specifically for children. The dentist called to apologize to my husband for the staff members behaviour, which was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a dental professional myself for 12 years now I have to say I was very impressed with the level of attention, detail and care I received from Dr. Bell, her Dental assistant Val and her admin Ashley.
My daughter is 4 and has done well for years when I bring her into my clinic and clean her teeth but when I found out she had some small cavities starting between her teeth I did not know how dental mouth freezing would go given her age. So I decided to book with a pediatric clinic as they have more training and are specialized in seeing Children Only. The entire process was a breeze, the Dentist came in and her focus and attention was on my child and my child alone. A lot of clinics have the Doctor in and out of the room during the duration on their apt, which prolongs the appointment they are already usually nervous about. The Dental Assistant was sweet and made my daughter feel comfortable, the tv to distract the kids is helpful as well. My daughter had Nitrous for her filling appointment and as a mom I felt comfortable as they monitored her vitals and knew the proper amounts of nitrous safe for a child her size/age.
If you have a nervous child when it comes to dental work, or your child is in need of some dental care I’d advise you to check them out. Your kiddos are in good hands here.
I wish there were more Doctors out there like this.
Takes awhile to get an appointment sometimes but I promise you it’s worth the wait for your little ones.
Also something has to be said for the cleanliness of the office, their protocol for exposure and cross contamination was Perfect.
