★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done a lot of business with HD in the last 7 years. The Sherwood Park store seems to be generally the most unfriendly and hostile. I went today to rent a stump grinder. I thought I had asked kindly whether the VGR-13 was the largest they had. I was looking for a track unit. The guy in rentals just looked at me then slammed the door in my face. It would have been better to just say "that is the only one" or even "sorry i cant help you". Just a little personality would go along way on these tough times.
