今天去看了店里的家具，还是有些不错的，价格虽然没有太大吸引力，但还是可以接受的。但最后离开店的时候，销售一定要我删除我拍的他们一个茶几的照片，实感不太舒服，理由是怕我“窃取”他们的设计？如果不可以拍照，可以在店内明确告知的，客人已经准备离开，让删照片，有点令人感觉不舒服。其实这个设计我之后在Ashely店里也看到了，所以不应该是独家设计吧。虽然这是小插曲，但的确会让顾客选择的时候做减法的

Terrible company that won't refund us even though they SOLD the item to another customer and tries to make us spend our deposit on other items in the store. Absolute trash customer service.

This is my first Google review. I'm typically not keen on writing reviews, but I don't think this particular store should be able to get away with such unprofessionalism. We ordered a table on July 18th and, as per the agreement, the table was supposed to be delivered within a week (we paid extra for shipping too). The store was supposed to contact us to arrange timing, but they never called. We reached out to them multiple times during the week, but they were not able to give us a time or even date for delivery. On Friday July 23rd, we received a call saying that they will not be able to deliver until next week (unless we are willing to carry the table ourselves). On Monday, after several more follow ups, we finally landed on a delivery date of July 28th and some time between 6PM-10PM; they also specifically asked us to be on call and ready given that their assigned movers are very expensive. That day, I waited from 6PM to 9PM before receiving a call indicating that they are not able to do the delivery. They originally said that their car had broken down; however, later they changed their minds - said that they're tied up servicing another client and asked if we're free another day of the week. I asked if it was possible to be delivered even late night, but they refused. In a shockingly unapologetic tone, they said that if we are not willing to accommodate, then they'll just refund us our deposit. They then assured us that the table would be delivered between 6PM - 7PM the next day (July 29th). Frustrated, but we agreed. On July 29th, I once again started waiting at 6PM and did not receive any phone calls. Reaching out to the store owner, she said that she's still arranging the delivery and again asked me to stay on call. At 8:30PM, I reached out and was told that their employees are, of course, tied up with another client. However, she asked us to continue to stay on call and that they'll come as soon as they can. We blindly waited another two hours before finally receiving a call from the movers. The table came at 12AM in the morning, and it took the movers exactly 10 mins in and out of the house. While I like my new table, I can't help but think that it was not worth the amount I paid along with the 10+ hours of waiting in frustration. Sorry to say that I cannot recommend this store to anyone, and my family and I will never purchase from this store again. Fun fact: On the day we ordered this table, we also ordered a couch from a store that is a couple of steps away (called Lucky Furniture). The couch delivered the very next day after one exchange on Whatsapp, on time and free of issues.

This furniture store is located on Kennedy and Passmore, it's the plaza across from the church. We love our dining table and it looks great in our dining room. The quality is top notch plus their customer service was amazing. Gary was very helpful and provided us with explanation and tips on how to assemble our dining table. Gary and the owner were very communicative and will definitely recommend family and friends to shop here. If anyone ever needs to find modern and high quality furniture, I highly recommend Tongtat Furniture Inc.

Recently we bought a bed, a night table and a mattress at Tongtat Furniture and I am greatly satisfied. The price was reasonable; the furniture are in good quality; the store owner and Gary were really helpful. They tried their best to accommodate our needs. I managed to pick up the items on the same day and their products were in excellent condition. After the purchase, the store owner and Gary were quite supportive when I contacted them. Overall, my purchase experience with Tongtat Furniture was great. I will definitely come back to them when I need any furniture in the future. Additional comment: Due to COVID, the supply chain is disrupted. So the back ordered items might take longer than expected. It is advisable to let the store know if you are okay with the wait time.
