★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiff is amazing! My son is autistic and hates having his hair cut but each time we go see her she does an amazing job even if he wiggles and squirms! She made him feel comfortable and I appreciate that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has become my go to place for a haircut, the staff are always friendly, pretty good at determining when you should arrive. Have only had to wait once or twice for longer then a few minutes. Favorite part is probably the hot towel and scalp massage. Maybe it's not a scalp massage but they use alot of pressure when washing hair and seems like a lot of time, but either way it feels great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my son in for a trim on Monday, and gal who did the cut did a pretty good job. I’m not sure that she does very many cuts on small children though. My son almost 2 1/2, and is usually a very busy kid. She took quite a while to do the cut as she kept going over the same areas multiple times, then was a bit exasperated when he got tired of sitting still and started getting wiggly. All in all it was an okay experience, just took longer than expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been happily bringing my son to TommyGuns for years. I typically enjoy the experience provided for him. I struggle with the booking of the appointment and the timing of check in. We live several hours from the city and often our timeline is of essence. Twice now I have timed it and had him at check in time perfectly wherein he is first on the list and present. Others have been taken before him causing us to wait 15-20 minutes without apology. The system is set up in a way that we follow it exclusively. This is very frustrating to me. That being said, the staff is mostly kind and accommodating to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality haircut with the styles of the day. Staff provides a pleasant greeting on arrival and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. The stylists are friendly and chatty if you want, or quiet if that's your preference. No stress. Loses one star because the reservation system never seems to work properly for me. Yesterday I arrived when advised but still waited 20 minutes. Same for another customer who arrived after me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love the Tommy Guns in Stonebridge. I've been taking my kids there for a few years now, and I've never had a single complaint. After taking my kids there for so long, I decided one day to get my haircut there. I am extremely picky about my hair. I've never really been satisfied with how it turned out. But ever since going to Tommy's in Stonebridge, I've never been happier. Great haircut, wonderful customer service from both the front end ladies and all the stylists. I would give 10 Stars if I could. Just a really great place, with great people, great service and a wonderfully chill atmosphere. I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

asked for a trim and she said that we would start with only a inch off (HAD really long hair) took off more then 3-4 inches before i knew it
before the cut i showed the length of my hair i had (i had many picture of my hair i had before) but when i tried to reshow my pictures b.c she didnt sound like she saw them, she said "oh ive seen the pictures" and the cut went the way she wanted and she did nothing we agreed on
i regret going, i regret paying
spent a year growing that out.
