★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently listed my family home with Tom Wood. He is a very detail oriented person who led me through the listing, selling, and closing of my house. He provided answers to all of my questions in a timely manner, and there were alot of questions. My house sold in a very short period of time and the offer accepted was more than I expected. I would also like to say, on a personal note, that Tom is a caring and kind person who helped me through what could have been a very difficult time. I will use Tom Wood again whether buying or selling real estate. His service was exceptional.

The staging items he was able to bring helped put a fresh touch on our home, and the photographer he used was incredible.
