Later, he helped us sell a condo and buy another in a different part of Victoria. We are totally happy with the experience and are pleased to recommend his services to anyone else.
We found communications with Kevin to be excellent, whether in person or via telephone, text or email. We felt that our needs were his top priority at all times. Kevin was very helpful in his suggestions prior to the sale of our condo, and he evaluated our property at a realistic level, which led to a sale following the first open house. Kevin was very respectful and patient in showing us new properties, taking time to learn what was most important to us in terms of location and lifestyle. When we homed in on a particular building, he used his very helpful software to identify an available unit, at the earliest possible time. As a result we were able put in an early offer, which was accepted before several other buyers could view it the next day. This all took place as the busy Christmas season was approaching.
