He is friendly, knowledgeable, insightful, highly accessible, instantly responsive and he provides every detail you need to properly research and evaluate a property. In a hot property market like Victoria, fast and comprehensive response by a realtor is critical. Initially, Tom set us up with email alerts identifying new listings (that met our condo criteria). Whenever new listings popped up on the MLS, his system would immediately send us an email alert. If we were interested in a new listing, all we had to do was phone or text Tom and he would quickly email us property details, floor plans and strata documents. If we had questions, Tom would always get answers for us in a matter of minutes. Over the years, we've worked with many, many different realtors, but Tom is among the best we have ever dealt with. We would definitely recommend Tom to anyone buying real estate in Victoria, especially if they are from out-of-town.

His clients come first, and he possesses a high sense for doing everything ethically. Tom was spot-on with his property valuation (comparative market analysis), and got us a far higher price for our place than we ever thought possible. I was skeptical at first because he came in so far above a previous realtor's estimate, but trusting Tom to go with his research was 100% the right thing to do. He knew his stuff and the proof was in the rapid sale that followed. Tom also listened very carefully to what we wanted in a new house, and showed us places that he knew would be just right for our needs and wasn't shy about saying if he felt that something wasn't right about a place. It was clear from the get-go that we wanted his clients to live in a place that will make them happy for a long time to come. I have no issues whatsoever recommending Tom to anyone looking for a referral to a top-notch realtor. Plus, he's also got Sotheby's, a global powerhouse realty firm standing behind him every step of the way. You can't go wrong with that!

He sold our place for a price far above the assessed value. Thank you, Tom! After 40 years in our abode, with cash in our hands, I thought I knew everything. That was a no, as every house we came upon was pending sale... "BETTER CALL TOM " .At first Tom was taking us where we thought we wanted, Otter Point. We saw a couple houses in Sooke, Pender Island was another one. My wife does not drive, so we had a sit down and talked about our wishes. Tom became a friend ,studying our wants & wishes. Had a 5min tour of one house, a few hundred feet from the water, when the old varnish smell of the wooden interior got to me .I looked at Tom, and he said let's go! He found our house for us , 5 blocks away from our recently sold one. Double the sq. feet , plus a 650 foot shop for my four motorcycles and Wurlitzer jukebox.
