Quand mon BB en ressort, il est trop mignon et je sais qu'il a passé un bon moment! It's the best salon in the neighborhood and probably in the world! ?? The owner is quite simply an animal fairy. When my BB comes out he is so cute and I know he had a great time!

You may get good service if your dog is used to being groomed, but if you have a rather anxious dog that can resist, this place is not at all suitable. I witnessed a very traumatic event where the groomer totally lost her patience on a small dog that was completely frightened. The dog was screaming and the lady was yelling at him to stop because he wasn't cooperating. As if it was the dog's fault that he was behaving this way. The employees seem to have no understanding of canine behavior. I hope for your dog's sake that you will continue to look for another groomer. - Éviter ce salon à tout prix. Peut-être que vous recevrez un bon service si votre chien à l'habitude de se laisser faire pour le toilettage, mais si vous avez un chien plutôt anxieux qui peut résister, cet endroit n'est pas du tout adapté. J'ai été témointe d'un événement très traumatisant où la toiletteuse a totalement perdue patience avec un petit chien qui était complètement apeuré. Le chien criait et la dame lui hurlait d'arrêter parce qu'il ne collaborait pas. Comme si c'était la faute du chien qu'il ait ce comportement. Les employés ne semblent avoir aucune compréhension du comportement canin. J'espère pour votre chien que vous allez continuer à chercher un autre toiletteur.

Nous y retournerons chaque année. Darquise is very professional! She knows cats well and performs grooming in a safe manner. My cat came out all beautiful, quickly. We will go back every year.

They said they couldn't even finish his haircut because he kept moving and tried to bite them! Excuse me, my dog would never hurt a fly! Upon paying them the $50 for a half done trim I came home to finish the job but found a cut on his throat! Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend!
