The person who works there lacks every but of customer service, nevermind manners!
My advice would be to stay away and support local buisness who treat people entering their shops with respect!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This disorderly business owner likes to confront customers and their children while shopping. he seems to think its ok to tell them to get of his property in a threatening manner. Very poor representation of Tofino businesses. i'm not sure how it is still in business with their terrible products and lousy service.
spend your money elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this store a few days ago and if I could rate it 0 , I would. I had just come up the stairs and the woman working there was so rude and aggressive I left. Too bad as I would have purchased two sweatshirts I saw. Tofino is such a beautiful place, so sad to have someone so angry . Don't support this store unless you want your day to be ruined!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As with some others, I had a horrible experience. We purchased a sweatshirt (39$) the day before and two t-shirts the following day as my son was excited about it. Later in the second day, the sweatshirt was all ripped at the wrist. We returned to the store to see if they could address this but the lady very rudely indicated my son had been rough with the shirt. I acknowledged this... he's a child, but his clothing had never ripped before. If every child that was rough with a shirt ripped their shirt the day after purchasing, all of us parents would be quite poor. We became upset and her husband said "want to go" to my husband. This just felt lke the opposite of good customer service given the poor quality of the clothing.
