★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a few cigars from this location. They ignored what I asked for and bagged something else (can't go into the store so I didn't know) one cigar was dry and broken so didn't smoke. I mentioned this when I went back and they explained its final sale so tough luck. Other nice Cigar stores in Calgary, I would recommend avoiding this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted a little something to give my boyfriend for Christmas, and knowing that he enjoys his cigars during his annual golf tournament trip with the boys, I figured a cigar at Christmas would be a nice surprise. Since neither him nor I are smokers, I had no idea what I was looking for. The staff here were very helpful and explained the difference in a few options they thought would suit him nicely. My price point was $50 figuring for one really nice one, but I ended up with two premium cigars for $57. They seemed to have a very nice selection in their clean, well-organized, professional boutique style store, so I'd wager whatever level of tobacco connoisseur you are, they've got something for you.

After exhausting dozens of so-called cigar/tobacco stores, coming to TO Bridgeland was a breathe of fresh air. Why?! The owner Mike and staff take pride in showcasing some of the world’s finest tobacco products, accessories, provide information and have extensive knowledge to ensure your are having a Premier experience!
My wife wanted to treat me to a cabin getaway and thought stopping here to select a few cigars would make the trip better. I enjoyed speaking to knowledge staff whom were interested finding out my favourites, updating me on new items, and presenting high quality options. Mike was fantastic and took as much time as I needed selecting the perfect cigars for our getaway!
I also signed up for the membership (fee) which included future discounts on purchases, free cigar of month to try and a gift certificate to our favourite restaurant in Calgary @Vero Bistro Moderne. The value far surpasses the cost and keeps me updated on the newest products. I definitely recommend the membership it is worth it!!
It took only one visit to make me a big fan- I will ONLY be coming here!
If you’re looking for campfire cigars, a special gift for someone special or want to check out an award winning tobacconist- this is the place!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in yesterday for some sheesha goop n fire rocks and had a lady help me out. What a pleasure. Wasn't sure the flavor and she had a hit recommendation for the evening on top of being a delightfully personable character. Thanks again for being a part of my day.

I highly recommend this location if you are wanting to learn more about cigars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this store two years ago. Had an excellent experience bought 4x full boxes. Nice experience.
Went there today: 1. Coudnt enter humidor, 2. Bad selection of cigars, 3. The box of partagas D 4's had been poorly kept and when i opened the box were unraveling.
Couldnt have been more unhappy with experience. Sales clerk was nice though
