Cindy was wonderful! I come here for pedicures all the time, but got an acrylic set for the first time earlier this week. Gave me a beautiful manicure that was pretty much identical to the inspo photo I showed her.

Woman didn’t really listen to a word I said when it came to making changes to the nails when doable, nails are very lopsided and uneven, and my design is not great and uneven as well. Very unhappy and disappointed and a waste of my money.

My daughter and I called for an appointment and was told they had 2 appointments available for us both at the same time. We sat down right away and each technician started their work. At the hour mark my daughter had her old set removed and I had most of my new set created. They have these beautiful design nails and I chose one, for each hand and wanted some art on another, just small hearts. I was a little cranky because she had cut me a few times, one was quite bad and she tore some dirty paper towel off of what she was using and pressed until the cut stopped bleeding, no disinfectant or even acknowledgement of the cut, she she kept going. She went to copy the design nail as quickly as she could. I then realized that's why my daughter was just sitting, she was rushing to start her new set. She ended up making a design different than the display nail which I asked to be corrected. She switched with the lady who took my daughter's set off and started rushing her set while the other tech re -did my display/design nail. Which was a little painful because of the cuts. It wasn't quite the same but acceptable and at this point my hands hurt and I didn't want my hands touched any longer. The product stayed sticky after the curing and dust and my sweater fibers can be seen all underneath, it's not nice. The tech then proceeded to draw the red hearts on the one finger. She had to remove them they were so bad, and I told her I changed my mind and didn't want them (it's really because I didn't think she could create them) this is now the one hour 45 minute mark and I can see my daughter squirming and she speaks up and says please stop rushing me, you are cutting and hurting me. My nail tech left me in the hand light and and went to another client. My daughter then had to pull her hand away in pain. We stood up and I told her to stop touching her hands we're done. We'll leave. I told them I'd pay for both sets but we just want to leave. She wanted to cut the nails off my daughter since it wasn't done yet. I explained she's not touching her hands anymore and I just want to pay and leave. They argued with each other in another language and then tried to give me a discount for the ONE cut she gave me(the paper towel one) I pointed to multiple fingers and said o no its more than one finger. It took an unreasonably long time for them to give me the amount I owed them so I could pay and leave. As we were walking out, she told the other women in the salon to take a seat at the station I was at... I yelled back to the all the woman, you can't have her sit there, you haven't disinfected that station and you drew blood. I will NEVER return to this salon.
