★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an awesome time for my kids. So much to do and play with. Everything was very clean and bright! Sometimes play places feel a little dark, this place is bright and welcoming. LOTS of toys. 2 yr old and 4 yr old both had a blast!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg this place is amazing! My son absolutely loves it here, we've been 5+ times and he hasn't gotten bored of it. We've even gone when older children were there and they had a blast too. The owner and staff are so helpful and kind as well, we love going there and seeing them. I mentioned to the owner that we are vegan and can not eat what is on their menu and the next week we went she had options for us, how awesome is that!! Every time we've gone it's been very clean and the washrooms aren't just clean they smell good too! Highly recommend going and getting a 10 visit pass, great value and it doesn't expire. Thank you Tiny town, you've been a life saver for me and my hyper toddler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough great things about Tiny Town Vaughan. Their customer care is amazing! I have been planning my daughters birthday there and our event went from 25 guests to suddenly the possibility of 75 guests total! As soon as I called I was greeted by Amanda C who not only allowed me to host my much larger group without any hesitation or drama, but she also was able to give us an amazing discount! We are so thrilled with the level of service we have received so far. They offer peanut free options for your event, the rooms where the kids dress up and play are always tidy and the kids love them, they also sell coffee carafes (a total must have for me lol), they can do as much decorating or as little as you wish. They even work with Caledon Balloon company who is super talented, so again, one thing less for you to stress about. They offer loot bags, I made my own, but again, they can do as much or as little as you need. You can tell them what you want, provide the materials and they will be in charge of the rest for a small and very reasonable fee. Honestly if you are looking for a fun place for your kids to have a party look no further! This place has everything. Also, ask for Amanda C!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to share how much we absolutely love this place! My daughter loves it and talked about tiny town all the time. Its always very clean! The toys are great and everything is set up very safe for the kids. We have made some great friends there and are very grateful for such a great place to play! Great job to the owners and amazing staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a gem! The concept is wonderful and my 3 years old son has a blast every time we come. From all the amusement centers in the GTA, this one is his favorite! Not only he enjoys pretend play at home but he gest fully immersed here and for hours without getting bored.
From my perspective, as a parent, I can say that:
- The staff is very friendly, caring and the customer service is excellent!
- It is very clean, you can see it; when it's very busy (March break for instance) they have staff putting back toys in place constantly.
- The choices of food are pretty good; they have healthier snack like apple sauce, yogurts and cheese. The coffee is excellent, which is a big bonus! :)
- The general set-up/design of the place is very well done. There are enough seats/tables from which you can watch your kids as the place is not that big.
Overall a wonderful place. Good job to the whole team and keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my sons birthday party here and it was the most amazing experience I ever had, from the staff being so helpful and amazing to the town and washrooms and party rooms being so clean. Party rooms are spacious. Kids and adults all had a blast!! Would recommend tiny town to everyone!! Thank you so much tiny town for making my kids birthday so special to him!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for the first time about 3 years ago with my kindergarten class and it was great. It seems 3 years later they have the exact same stuff out. Same "stores" and same toys.. some survived, some didn't. Most seem very run down. 2 large plush snakes with barely any filling left, they look filthy and it's a porous material so I doubt they're machine washing it everyday. Today they opened at 2 so maybe for the first hour there was 1 worker cleaning up after the kids, then a big party arrived and they stopped cleaning entirely. Adults standing around everywhere yet still unsupervised running around. Now the food options...I opted for a "cheese tortilla pizza" pictures above, literally a cold small white tortilla with some sort of sauce and a sprinkle of shredded cheese with a side of costco sized salty lays poured on a tiny plate. Minutes before closing no one cared to announce they were closing soon so they started aggressively cleaning up in-between the running kids everywhere then turn the lights off at 6. Try some new themes or options once in a while tiny town. Hope not to get a 4x longer response from a "manager" on here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been to so many indoor play places, but this one is truly special. We were blown away by the attention to detail. My 3 year old loved it. Plus they have a cafe where the adults can drink coffee and eat yummy food. We will definitely be going back and recommending this place to our friends with kids
