Firstly, they said the will charge $550 but they charged me $600. and I have tell them that $600 has been deducted from my account and he started making some random excuses after that they take the payment randomly, like it’s not even a month from last payment which I give and they again deducted the money from my account. So, i am suggesting to all my friends that never ever buy issuances policy from Yashpal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealt with Taranjeet Kaur & she was extremely helpful and an honest guide to assist me with all my insurance needs. Never knew getting insurance can be this easy. Also have to mention I come in high risk insurance and no one was able to get me an affordable insurance rate , most people straight up rejected but Taranjeet got me the best quote without wasting my time. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended a broker named Ashir from the dealership I bought my car and Ashir made the entire car buying experience the worst in my life, I was first quoted 360 a month which is high but It was okay with me, then when I called back he changed the price from $360 to $415 monthly because when he first quoted me he didn't add my ticket (WHO QUOTES SOMEONE WITHOUT ADDING PROPER INFORMATION?!?). He offered an app that I could use that would lower the price to $370 monthly. I didn't want to use the app but I didn't have much choice because I already purchased the car, so I signed a document/contract to that price.... I needed the insurance policy on a Friday morning and he finally gave the policy to me at 4pm.. once the car got registered under my name and plated (meaning the car was insured) he then called me back telling me that my insurance policy changed and will now cost $425 with the app and $480 without the app.
He voided the contract and then cancelled the policy without my permission leaving my car without insurance. He then told me that the policy changed because he didn't add my ticket in the contract (even tho the ticket was clearly mentioned in the contract) and once I brought that up to him he said the policy changed because he didn't put in the correct information causing the premium to go up, I shouldn't have to pay more for his incompetence, very unprofessional. I can't see any of what he did being legal... I do not recommend these brokers to anyone... Absolute Garbage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like I'm being generous with 2 stars but I'll leave it for now. We started with this company in 2020. The broker we had was great but then he left and I didn't even know who my broker was. I couldn't understand what anyone was saying on the phone, so we switched to email and they didn't make much sense in email as well. I contacted them to make changes and it wasn't until I contacted them a second that they made the changes, so then I had to pay for a whole month of insurance on a vehicle that I tried to have removed at the beginning of the month. A lot of the things they did, did not make sense. Like have my spouse as the policy holder on a vehicle that is in my name??? Just doesn't make sense. Anyways, I have switched brokers and I am very glad.

They lead me on for 6 months that my insurance will reduced.when asked after 6 months, He said i should have downloaded the app that tracks it how i drive like what the hell?
The app he is talking about was never mentioned to me. I am just waiting for my policy to finish in the next few months so i can move on to different company.
