We have been attending Tiny shoppers since it opened back in 2019 and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of care and programming our daughter receives. The teachers are kind to all the children and they make my daughter feel safe and welcome always. The in house chef is truly what sets this daycare apart from the rest, and what convinced us to send our daughter here. Hot fresh meals 3 times a day that are all nutritious and look fun to eat! I highly recommend Tiny shoppers to anyone looking for superb quality care :)

We have been attending Tiny Hoppers since October 2019 and couldn't love it more. The staff there are amazing and put such a great effort into the care that they provide for my son. Chef Sarah's meals are always amazing and even my picky eater seems to always devour all 3 meals a day. I'm happy we made the choice to go with Tiny Hoppers for our child care and they will always be my one and only recommendation when people ask me about daycares!

We've had our daughter at Tiny Hoppers St. Albert South for just over a year now and are exceedingly happy with the service they provide. They take the kids outside every day and have an awesome play area. They do lots of different activities to help them learn, heck half the stuff our daughter knows is from this daycare. The staff are friendly and love the kids. The food is amazing and they get to try a whole range of different cuisines. If you want your child to learn, thrive, and get a head start in life, not just be minded, Tiny Hoppers is the one you're looking for. They really go above and beyond. For reference, we like them so much we drive 30 minutes each way just to attend this center specifically.

My Son was at Tiny Hoppers for six months, before we decided to switch providers. Ultimately that decision was made because of horrible communication. The director is a very friendly and nice lady, but I feel lacks the management abilities required of her job. Multiple times I would phone the centre and no one would answer, or I would email and have my email returned a week later, or not again all. The director used the excuse one email she was "waiting to see me in person" when I had seen her 3 times since the email was sent. There seems to be a high turn around in staff, and multiple times I would pick my son up at the end of the day - he would be with a new teacher, and would have no idea how his day went. (They also NEVER checked ID when I went to pick my son up, I would just ask for him outside and he would be released, regardless if that staff had seen me before). The owner I found very unfriendly, I actually had to introduce myself to her, I would say hi many mornings to not have it returned. We were also owed money upon leaving - which after 2 weeks I had to reach out and inquire about its return. I feel - although never confirmed because of the horrible communication - that my son was being bullied, upon picking him up everyday he would tell me **** yelled at him, took his toys, pushed him, and made him cry. My son started to suck on his fingers, out of anxiety. He has stopped since switching care providers. A few times my son came home with bruises on his face that were never identified as to how he got them. I understand that kids are kids and often get bruises, but on the face/head they should be followed up with. While there were many things that lead to our decision to leave Tiny Hoppers, my son was very sad to say goodbye to Miss Emily - he LOVED this teacher. I also did really appreciate that they would post photos each day. **multiple of the 5 star reviews are the director and owner. FYI

Well, it’s been a full year since the first time I dropped my son off at Tiny hoppers. In the middle of a pandemic and scared out of my mind leaving him with people I didn’t know. To say the least, I was not looking forward to returning to work and leaving my baby behind. BUT the director, Chelsea made me feel so at ease!! She answered every phone call professionally and was able to give me an update on how my son was doing in his class, which was very reassuring since I was calling very often when I first dropped him off. She never made it seem like I was a bother when I called. Chelsea has always been amazing at handling her management duties while attending to every child wanting a hug and attention from her. She treats every child like they are the most important child when she’s interacting with them (I have seen this on many occasions with my son and many other children). From day one of dropping my son off in his first classroom with Miss Amrutha I have never been disappointed with the care he has received! Amrutha has always been amazing and welcoming, given updates at drop off and pickup. Not to mention all the amazing craft ideas she comes up with for the littles to do! I was always so excited to see what he would come home with at the end of his day. My son has since moved into an older classroom with Miss Emily and Miss Morgan and the advancement in skills and speech has been absolutely amazing! Emily always has a detailed update every day when I picked him up, including the things she has noticed he’s improved in, and things that he was really excited and interested in. My son started potty training shortly after his second birthday and without the help of his teachers I truly believe he wouldn’t have succeeded so quickly. They were willing to take my lead and do absolutely everything they could to make the experience fun and a successful one. I also have to point out how amazing their chef Sarah is, she goes over and above to create themed menu items, fun and delicious food with adhering to the facilities egg free, and nut aware guild lines. (I know this isn’t an easy feat as I had trouble finding delicious cupcakes to fit in these guidelines to provide for my sons birthday). I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to many other teachers, the owners and I have nothing but amazing things to say about them all! I feel extremely lucky to have found an amazing facility that I trust and my son loves going to each and every day! I want to thank all the teachers that have done an amazing job not only teaching kids so many things on a daily basis, but doing it while navigating the pandemic and keeping all our littles as safe as they could in these last couple years. I 100% recommend Tiny Hoppers to everyone

My wife raves about how amazing everyone is at tiny hoppers, she has taken the lead with drop offs and pick ups as my work schedule doesn’t always allow it, but when I do go to pick my son up they’re always so welcoming and know he will be excited to see me. My in laws have also had the pleasure of meeting the teachers at pickups and they’ve always been impressed with how well Chelsea and miss Emily are at communicating information that we may need to know. It makes us feel more at ease also knowing they check their IDs with the information they have on file to ensure they’re allowed to pick up our son. Highly recommend Tiny Hoppers to anyone seeking childcare.

Tiny Hoppers is an excellent daycare and we couldn't be happier with our choice to have our child go there. The first few days were hard for us as parents, but the staff helped us as parents and our child with the transition. Everyone has been friendly and professional, and our kiddo does a happy dance every day when it's time to head to daycare. Our child has embraced the schedule and routine, the food is amazing, the activities are fun and teach our child various skills, and we love that we get pictures every day. I highly recommend this daycare.

Both my boys have been attending Tiny Hoppers since February 2021. Throughout the pandemic, the daycare has been exceptional and professional. Both my kids have learned and grown so much since attending. The teachers and director are very involved with the kids day-to-day activities. It’s exciting to see all the activities they have planned for the day in each classroom with the pictures they post! The teachers at Tiny Hoppers have been very responsive with communication whenever we’ve had questions about how our kids day went. Our youngest currently in the Tots 2 classroom has also started potty training at daycare first and now he’s going at home too! They also have an in-house Chef (Chef Sarah) that makes awesome food for the kids and makes it so fun with various themes depending on the occasion. I would definitely recommend Tiny Hoppers St. Albert!
