After our intended daycare spot fell through at the last minute, we went to Kids Haven (just recently under new ownership and renovated) and were so lucky to get a spot for our baby. The staff are wonderful and caring, they accommodate all of our needs (our girl has food allergies), and give us regular updates. When we arrive each morning, my daughter happily reaches out to go into the arms of one of several staff ready to take her -- which tells me all I need to know.

It has been really hard to say goodbye today to Kids Haven Daycare after my daughter spent a year in their absolutely wonderful daycare. Kids Haven is always clean, the food is well prepared and delicious, and the knowledge my daughter has learnt there is multi-dimensional. My daughter has absolutely enjoyed every moment there and become more confident, caring, and social. Our toddler skipped in there every day. Staff turnover in this daycare is extremely low which provides a stable environment for the children. All of the carers know each child very well, when they are on form and when they are not themselves. Most importantly the carers were excellent, Kavita, Faten, Lina and Emily, just to name a few - always smiling and generous with their love and encouragement to our kids. It was most definitely a home from home for our daughter. I do not have a single reservation about Kids Haven and I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every member of staff!

Often on the way to daycare she gets excited and sings the names of the people she will see there in the morning. Knowing she is so happy makes us happy. The owner and director are very approachable and friendly. All of the staff has done a wonderful job helping us with potty training our toddler. The renovations have created a bright and colourful place for our child to spend her day. I can't say enough good things about this daycare.

The staff are VERY interactive with all ages of children and there is always a learning aspect to the activities they do - crafts, stories, singing/dancing, and outside time. My four year old grandchild thrives in this environment and is ready for kindergarten thanks to the wonderful care provided by the director and staff. The owner also gets to know the children and their care givers and encourages her team to always find new ways to engage with the variety of children at her center. This is a real hidden gem in St. Albert and those of us lucky enough to have found it are very grateful and at ease with leaving our children here for the weekdays while we go off to do the responsible adult things - like work. Nothing says it more than the smiling faces I see every time I drop-off and pick-up my son. We needed to find a spot very quickly and Andrea was more than accommodating. Faten has been called "the baby whisperer" and I can certainly see why. I am so glad we chose Kids Haven!

Returning to work after my maternity leave with a pandemic still going on meant I wanted somewhere that was safe for my child. All the measures in place reassured me that she was in good hands. Thank you so much to all the staff for always taking such good care of her while I'm at work.
N	Nataliia Petriv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend checking it out for yourself! We live in Edmonton but I don’t mind to drive my kid to St. Albert especially for this amazing daycare. We were attending one of Edmonton daycare and gained very bad experience after 1 month, so I was very particular about new daycare, gladly I found Kids Haven!!! Excellent facility with great staff ( previous director Heather and new Andrea are amazing). They are very accommodating and flexible with scheduling and loving towards the children. They provide an enclosed outdoor playground, music, and a variety of free play and organized activities. When we pull up, my daughter is literally vibrating she is so excited to run in. I barely get a hug goodbye! And at the end of the day I have a hard time getting her to leave. It's the best feeling knowing she's having such a good time and likes it so much!
