So far they've attempted to fix some things, but they've created far more problems and are not being transparent in any of their ongoings. No heat currently, barely any hot water. I've heard they recently lost a huge lawsuit in the city of Ottawa after mistreating tenants in one of their buildings so I don't hold out much hope for them here in Toronto.
A	Anne Nomis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst upper management ever! It’s 2019 and they can’t put a ramp for seniors with walkers/wheelchairs or families with strollers ! They have steps into the building, in the lobby to get to the elevators and on the side doors or the building ! Be a building that’s accesible to EVERYONE! I see so many people struggling to manage themselves, at least the people who live here are nice enough to help them with the stairs! New owner needs to do repairs to this building, there’s no more security either. Since it’s been taken over it’s just not good, rents gone up and with little to no repairs done for better the living of those already renting. The management was way better before. If you’re going to up our rent, fix our apartments. Lawrence and Black Creeck.

Cockroaches, pigeon poop, dog urine, dirty carpets in elevators. Also, the corporate mentality causes great turnover in employees causing unnecessary delays in tenant services and requests.

A	Ali Alyassiry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been resident of Timbercreek since 2009, fast forward to today, I have been begging the company for more than half of a year, to do mandatory renos because they simply not working and hazard to our health. for example the carpet is over 15 years old, (it was used carpet before I moved in) its ripped , stringy, produces billion particle of dust all over the place, and the worst part it is extremely bad for my elderly Mother who has asthma, on disability and the family Doctor specifically said to her the carpet is very bad for you, the response I got from the regional Mgr was " My son is a doctor, the carpet is not bad for your moms health!" ????? so half a year goes by and I am still fighting to get some resolution. this has caused massive aching pain for my family and I. last week the same manager said shes not obligated to do any renos for us and we should just move out. keep in mind I have never ever missed a rent or was late on rent, so I basically paid the price of the Apt plus more.
J	Jenna Brydges on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I lived at their London apartment location in a half decent neighbourhood as well. The building after two months of living in it was infested with bed bugs, fleas and cockroaches. They sprayed ONCE and told me there was nothing else they could do I needed to wait. My youngest dog who is almost 150 pounds has now developed a skin condition due to how bad the infestation was he so incredibly sick we were endlessly at the vet. They offered to cover the costs yet never followed up when I offered to send receipts. The only I offer I got was to leave my lease quietly with no offer of giving me my last months rent back for my troubles or the costs of my endless amounts of visits for my dogs. I filed a complaint not once but twice with the better business bureau and they still refused to do anything. Don’t ever waste a single moment in time on this company as the only thing they care about is their money. Their employees won’t even live at their buildings because they are so awful. For the sake of your own sanity and health, look elsewhere cause their buildings are disgusting as are their employees.
