Tim's truck they gave me much needed hand for that although they were so busy but a young tall man called chris came out and show me the true napanee generosity. Love this place! I recommend 100%. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good experience here. Before get there thay gave me price around 250$ but I paid almost 800$ for hub seal. Even oil was still look like leaking. Had to go somewhere else after paid that much. thay have excuses for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having broken down on the 401W @ Napanee, On. My first experience with Tim's was a road side call which went very well but necessitated a stop at there service location in Napanee.
I have nothing but praise and appreciation for this establishment as they were ,friendly, courteous, accommodating and professional.
My part had to be shipped from Montreal upon learning it was not available in neighboring towns. Once it arrived however they immediately took the repair in hand and had me back on the road within an hour of the part arriving.
I would like to say thank you to all of Tim's staff I encountered on that day and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Keep up the good service, much appreciated.
