★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Claus Diesel service treated me as a second class customer even though I had $1000 of repair work done there. I was put at the very bottom of the priority list for 3 months before I gave up on having earlier work redone. Actually the work that was done was not at all what I asked for and I was given no chance to choose whether it was done or not. When I asked for my money back I was met with insults and hostility and childish suggestions that I should get my employer to pay for this personal work. I found the attitude of the owner toward me as a customer to be disrespectful, the service to be poor and there was a total unwillingness to admit to a mistake and to put things right. I recommend that you do not work with this company.
