★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy some drinks and completely messed up my orders. Especially the old asian girl on the drive thru was so unfriendly and unwelcoming. Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I visit this Tim Hortons I get the same lady at the drive through, she is never friendly or welcoming, doesn’t say hi or wish me a good day. That I can look past I guess, but today when I went I ordered a green tea black (which is always extremely hot because I don’t add milk or anything) as she hands me my tea with the tray, she tilts the tray and the scolding hot tea spilled all over my hand. I grabbed my tea and before I could say anything she shut the window on me. Didn’t say sorry, didn’t acknowledge the fact she just burned me. It’s been an hour and my hand is still burning even after icing it. Never going back to this location, and I am complaining to higher up, just wanted to let everyone know to be careful and avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service experience. She was rushing the order on the intercom, and when she helped me at the window she shook her head at me and sucked her teeth after I told her I was paying on debit (for what reason I don't know). I asked her what's we wrong but after she handed me my sandwich she shut the drive thru window harshly.
It is not the first bad experience that I had at this location, it's pretty much everytime. But I thought to myself, “people have their bad days”, but when it's everytime i felt like I had to write a review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always burnt , cleaning machines , rude. Stopped using this Tim’s ages ago. Use Acadia instead. They might not recognize y’a but I haven’t had one screw up since I switched Tim’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional service. The woman at the drive-thru was vocally getting frustrated with me because my app was loading (took less than a minutes btw) and continued to vocally express herself how my she had to reach to give my drink. My car was further out than usually because a loading truck was in front of me. As I drove away I heard her scream “OH MY GOD”, I come to this one every morning and the lack of respect is unbelievable. I used to work at Starbucks so I understand why she was frustrated, monitoring their drive times, but there is no tolerance for treating a customer like this when I showed no disrespect in the whole less than 2 minutes I was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the worst Tim Hortons in the city! They rarely have anything I have ordered, from the simplest items such as Earl grey tea or chocolate. Don't waste your time stopping at this location.
