But weekend staff ... hard pass Last weekend I got a black burnt hash brown And this weekend This one girl got her hands all over my food no gloves or anything was gross , I ask her for to re do it and she roll her eyes at me, like your hands have no gloves and you were just touching cash!
N	Natasha Martin-Cady on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went i for breakfast and coffees for the family. Purchase an english muffin with egg and bacon. The english mufgin barely was in toaster the employee made the sandwich then handed it ro me. I opened it up as I know the mufgun could not have been even warm. It was stone cold. Not toasted. The employee got upset that I asked to have it toasted again. Or remade. She remade it and i askes her to toast 2 times. English muffin still cold. I gave up took it home. Manager was not around to even talk to about this. Poor service!!!

Be aware that this location is located in an area that is heavily populated by the less fortunate and they do tend to hang around the restaurant (make yourself feel good and buy one a coffee and donut). Also very important to note is that this location has no drive-thru.
J	Jules B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is horrid! Hubby and I went in on Tuesday April 24 at 10am, both washrooms we’re out of toilet paper and the light were out in BOTH! No signage to say so at all then when we went to order we told the cashier ( and older woman with glasses working the inside till closest to the drive through) about the washrooms her response was “oh I know”, and then she rang through our order and cashed us out before putting through our Tim’s rewards card then when we said what about this one too ( we had both in our hand) her response was “ Too late for that one”... and she had the rudest snarkiest attitude I’ve ever seen for anyone working in the service industry! She needs to retire and find some happy! Or at least give her her morning coffee! I will not be allowing her to service ya ever again! Ridiculous and horrid service! This woman should be fired -she makes Tims look bad! The drive through has always had amazing staff and great speedy efficient service - but man this lady was a complete joke -hubby and I were literally laughing saying to each other there must be a camera recording this or something! She did the same to another lady who told her the washrooms we’re needing service! ( How hard would it be to put up handwritten signage!) Poor service, Poor Attitudes, Poor Everything! ( Signed a vested Tim’s Shareholder!)

K	Kim Annis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though it was a bit busy, was served very promptly. Ordered the mocha, for only two bucks as good as could be expected! Had a meeting and it wasn't so loud as to not be able to complete that successfully. Seating was more than adequate.
