★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sad smile cookies! Any other location has amazing fresh cookies with lots of icing for smile cookies. They are only out for a week for charity... would it hurt to add some more icing to the cookies? I've added 2 pics ... one from upper gage location with lots of icing versus concession with very little icing. Please make happier cookies :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I keep forgetting not to go to this Tim Hortons their drive-thru is unbelievable the girls at the window spend more time talking to the people in their cars and to each other then they do working which leads to Long lineups in the Drive-Thru and to just get a simple coffee could take over 30 due to the conversations.

The manager is unprofessional and miserable. Goes out of her way to harass customers to make her day better.
Worst Tim Hortons in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim Horton's on Concession Street near Upper Wentworth in Hamilton, Ontario. Jake gave Excellent customer service and was very friendly and helpful. Very polite and kind. I would recommend that people go to this one as the staff are very friendly and give Excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a turkey bacon club at the drive-thru, I asked the lady taking the order to please ensure that the sandwich was made with care, as the last sandwich that I had was absolutely so poor with very rotten lettuce. And that I was very disappointed. When I got to the cash window, the lady was nice enough to hand me the sandwich and say it was no charge. I was so excited until I opened my sandwich and saw this... Burnt to it terrible taste, and four slabs of turkey rolled up and slapped on, This looks nothing like the picture and the accuracy of product and price are not consistent with what is displayed at the take out window. This location needs more consistency in service and product. Better training would be my guess. The weird thing is I keep going back...??
