★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Waited in line for 10 minutes with one person in line. I patiently waited when it was my turn I went to pay for my coffee. The lady took my money then told me oh I forgot to put on the coffee it's gonna be a 5min wait. There is to much conversations happening and not enough working. Everytime I go in there it takes 20 min to get 6 people threw the line. It's unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The menu selection was VERY slim. I've had this happen at other locations early in the am (2am to 5am) however it wasn't even 11pm. All I ordered was a bagel with cream cheese & it was lacking in cream cheese. The staff did seem pleasant & tried their best to accommodate us :)
