Very good and fast service. My order of Steeped Tea was correct. Ian was excellent at providing fast and helpful service.

very BAD service. i went their asking for a coffee and a donut. i got the coffee, but was waiting their for my donut. i waited for about 10 minutes until my sister asked a guy for the donut and he angrily looked at her telling her to wait because he was on the phone with a customer. i also work and i know very well that that is not how a person should behave with a customer, their are nicer ways to say that. then after he got off the phone, he asked her what she wanted and she said that i didn't get my donut and a girl over their said "it's right here, i have been calling her name 10 times" in an angry tone. and yes i acknowledge that its my fault for not hearing that properly, but again her tone made me feel really uncomfortable. another reason that i didn't know where they put my donut was because they put it in the corner not up on a table stand where they put your food and got mad at me when i didn't see it. they really need to learn some manners. their are many Tim Hortons in Langford, i really suggest you go to any of them.

They are apparently not actually 24/7. Google claims the business confirmed they were a few days ago. But I showed up at 10:03pm today (Wednesday) and they were closed. Despite having a sign on the door that said that despite inside being closed the drive through was open 24/7. I talked to a worker through the door and asked about it and she said the cones were across because the drive through closes at 10. I said it’s not open 24/7 like the sign says? And she said no they were closing up.

Just had my order delivered and was almost 20 minutes late with no text or update about being late, the Tim's app wasn't showing the tracking for my delivery and now that it is here my order is wrong! I paid for double cheese and got none, asked for no tomato but has tomato's, I also asked for chipotle sauce and got none. I never complain about this stuff but I'm getting really tired of all the screw up's and will be finding a new location.

I love my morning tea from Timmy’s. I order in advance using their mobile app and pick it up in the drive thru. I would give them 5 stars but the last two time I have come for tea, it has been lukewarm. It is very disappointing to get something unsatisfactory in the drive thru because I’m usually in a hurry and I can’t go back to get it rectified.

Slower than slow service. Yes, I know they are short staffed like everyone else, but even an acknowledgement that they know you're there waiting in line would be nice....perhaps "I'll be right with you!"...but no, nothing. Then when you finally get asked what you'd like, they have no idea how to ring it through and fumble through, and then, this is the clincher, they bag up your order without using the wax paper to handle the food items that they are placing in the bag and use the same gloved hand that handled putting the cream refill into the machine and handling money. Is foodsafe not a requirement any longer? Not impressed.

Storefront isnt even open anymore... closing at 3pm everyday except to drive-thru is embarassing... tell the store manager that the franchise should be open... or have proper signage on the door when closed to takeout and dine-in... especially when it happens more days in a month than not, that nobody can pick up an order without using Skip, or live close enough to walk there 12+ times per month for years

They don't want to work. They I bet would walk away from a customer and not serve any if they could. I've worked for Tim's a few times and I can actually say they are horrible!!!! I've never seen a supervisor look at me a customer and continue cleaning something not needed, then calls an employee to take the order then she says no she's about to go on break so walked away , then he had to get another one to do it and that guy couldn't be bothered either.... wow. I was shocked at the level of not wanting to work and getting paid to be like that. I'm willing to not get anything from that store and will blatantly go way out of my way to go to the one on goldstream. By far they are better in all ways. That and getting in and out of that parking lot is a mess it's really not worth going there.. no convenience.. Oh and it was not just one time for the rude lazy behavior I tried a few times going in there and not a single time was I thinking it was managed correctly. Again I've worked in multiple times Hortons.. they are not managed correctly.. understanding more why they are Understaffed..
