★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this site between 7-7:30pm after work. No line ups no one in the drive thro. Wanted a soup and a wrap. No soup of any kind so I got chili. Ordered grilled chicken got crispy. No one told me that the order was ready they just plopped it on the counter and walked away. Thank god for honest people cause any one could have walked away with it. Woke up at 3am with stomach problems and again at 6am.

Erie Tim’s is cheap/barely puts ANY frosting on. So sick of seeing the dough I want a DOUBLE chocolate donut for a reason. Do it right. Thank you Ontario Tim’s for whomever your baker is that ACTUALLY puts enough frosting on compared to the baker at Erie Tim’s I know it seems petty but this is on going and I’m fed up.

Walk in service is slow and every time that I have visited, all of the available tables were dirty so we didn't sit and enjoy our treats.
