★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit disappointed. Fries were cold, sandwich was so so... hopefully the timbits were goooood. No space to seat due to covid, a sign said that the tables needed to be cleaned but none came to clean a table to let us 5 seat even after my request and having shown our 5 covid vaccines family certificates :( too bad my family is fan of this chain ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went through the drive thru on May St (TBay), with very specific requests. We decided to go inside instead as we had to wait as we didn't call in our requests. We had a great convo w cleaning staff while waiting. Luckily it wasn't a busy time. Great service & staff happily provided us with everything we needed & more. Chi Miigwetch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even want to give this location even one star. This Tim Hortons is absolutely terrible, has to be the worst one in town. Do my order through drive-thru and even though there are only a few cars ahead of me it still takes me 20+ minutes to get to the window. Only to have my drinks (half the time) either not taste right, or just completely wrong. I now avoid this location as much as possible, the last straw was today having to wait 2 hours for delivery through the app at this location. May St. Tim Hortons do better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in the early morning are absolutely amazing. They are always very polite and fast at the drive thru. Every morning there is always a friendly voice to serve me my morning fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Tim’s is sooo slow, in the morning if there are 4 or more cars there I go on to the next Tim’s because that is a 20 minute wait minimum. One time we went there on a Sunday afternoon, 5 cars in line, decide what the heck, maybe we’ll get through in 15 min. 45 minutes. No exaggeration, I couldn’t believe it. And when we got closer to the window we started watching to see what people are getting, are they all ordering a couple of sandwiches and wraps maybe? No! The car two vehicles in front of us sat there for 5 min and all he got was one hot beverage, the car in front of us took almost 10 min and they got 2 coffees. I don’t get it.
Going inside is a little faster but not always, once there was a lineup outside so I went in, it was busy, about 7 people in front of me. I was in line for almost an hour. Would have walked out but I was meeting someone there and they ran late. Crazy
