★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time we went in, it was almost closing time, but the staff were wonderful and did not rush us. There wasn't time to view everything, but it looked like there was an excellent selection of goods. I can't wait to visit this shop again!

Bought appliances and was refused a refund or a lesser value after paying TWICE the value of the appliance's.
Willing to pick back up for donations but the whatevers to over $500.00 We paid for outdated, filthy and missing parts to the darn things.
I think they prey on low income people and believe they are doing them good.
Fast talk you into buying, but reluctant on refunds.
Cash only for their pockets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You must go to this place before any stores in town. I love this place. We bought almost the needed item for my family before the winter came. The price are so reasonable. They have plenty of thing and no tax. I love to buy electrical and electronic items here. My wife bought Christmas decorating items. The special front desk have plenty of beautiful souvenirs. The staff are so nice. A man did lead me to their storage to find the item I want. They have a shelf with free books at the entry. Besides, the parking lot is wide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used twice as nice's pickup service to donate some furniture, books, and clothes. The people that came were very nice and it was a pleasant experience.
However, about an hour later Ken felt it was appropriate to call us and tell us our furniture was trash and that we had wasted his time and a tank of gas.
The chairs he was talking about were nice, we could have sold the chairs and alot of the other things.
Over all everyone was nice except Ken. Ken is zero stars.
