★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty gross when there are 10+ flies in the muffin display box.
I came to the restaurant today around 430pm, was planning to get my favourite honey cruller with tea......until I saw this!! (Yep, decided to order just a cup of tea and left.)
After informing the cashier what happen in the displayed box, he then frowned and started shaking the muffin bin, as if he could shook off the flies away.....and yes....I apologized that I gave him the “really?” look, Then after nearly 20+ second of hesitation, the young receptionist slowly removed the bin to the back.
It’s quite a crazy experience as it’s my first time seeing such “not as tidy” Tim Horton, and I’m pretty sure those flies don’t just come up all at once, it must took them hours to “be there”
Conclusion: I still love Timmy, just not this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I enjoy eating in this restaurant a lot. However, you guys should really make the delivery names a lot more bigger so the dashers or riders know who’s order is which, i got the wrong order before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food, drink and the price are perfect, wait time horrible due to how they operate. After taking order, the cashier will go get your food, make your coffee , then rest of the line is waiting that person to come back to take next order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim Hortons it's ok you won't find the best coffee of your life there but you might get something to wake you up whether is just from a sugar overdose or from caffeine. Steep Tea is a quite pleasant drink !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (New Review Jan 23, 2022) Slow Take Out: Waited for 15 mins and all other customers behind me finished with their orders and left. I questioned why and the manager on site told me the order was not ready (likely forgot). There was an item refund, but level of service as mentioned in earlier review, easily goes to the bottom of all Tim's stores. This one should be the one closed, not other ones with much better service level.
(Earlier review pre-Covid) Very convenient place, however the service level could barely catch on the capacity. The dining area always dirty and piled up with dishes, uncleaned trashes, and pretty much every time I visit there. Staff unwilling to clean dishes or plates, so they just giving paper bags no matter what your order type is. Also feeling unwelcome with cold attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the new apple pie donut, and they forgot the apple pie filling. I called Tim Hortons and the store was supposed to get back to me, and they never did. The donut was fresh, just missing the filling.
